Corner help on poly mesh

guys can you help me with this if possible, i am working on a model of a creature and the mouth has gone to pot when i jumped ahead of myself. trying to make it look more like a mouth of an organic creature rather than an obsticle on a crazy golf course.
Trying to avoid removing lots of geometry to sort it because i realise i have added way too much on that part.

any help would be most appreciated.
