which plug-ins should be loaded...?? because something went wrong and all of them are disabled :/ ...

My mostly default maya 2012 has MayaCharacterization, mayaHIK, OpenEXRLoader loaded. Add mayatomr and objExport and you should be good. I doubt you would need the first three though, do as dave says. Don't even know what MayaCharacterization is.
