I tried that and still is not working. But thanks Jay for the help, appreciated mate.hehe just re set the texture paths and reload the texture itself, as sometimes just resetting doesnt always work...you have to go and get it

Yeah, got to start all over.Apply a new SSS material, in case it has corrupted.
Sometimes the maya one corrupts. It does it on blinns occasionally too

Hello. Thanks. The head was modeled in maya, sculpted and painted in zbrush. The body modeled and tweaked in Silo and painted in mudbox. I'm also using the shadermap v.2 for the normal and other maps.Looking good. Did you do all the alien in Maya or did you import from ZBrush or another external program. Can't wait to see your finished project.
