I feel as if you just said "Hi, something's not working." and left... which makes me think you're either super frustrated or you just saw it not work and without really figuring out what's going on you just posted.

what have you done to set stuff up?
what have you tried to fix it?

that's a "Ch" pronounced as a "K"
