motion builder scaled model

i used motion builder and when assigning the bones some of the mesh scaled big. But i like this scale now n wish to keep it but when i export it all to unity 3d it isnt kept the same. what shud i do?

i tried duplicating the mesh but cant seem to duplicate the skeleton n ik's correctly, any tips?
