Mirroring Arms/ Legs

So I'm working on my rig right now and I sculpted one side of the arms and legs, but I was wondering how I can simply mirror them over. The model is not advanced and it has separate sculpted pieces as arms and legs. Help please?

Well 2 hours is a bit soon for a bump, but anyway... did you use maya to sculpt these? I would try mesh > mirror geometry.
