mip_rayswitch transparency issue

Hi guys,

I'm having some trouble. I'm using an mip_rayswitch to light my scene. Everything is fine except one thing. I'm not getting an alpha channel! My background is rendering black and i think its because of the rayswitch. Are there any workarounds to this? I don't want to take a matte because i have trees in my scene and getting the whole surface shader/lambert transparency workaround for the leaves is a pain.

Is there anyway i can get a transparent background? user added image
