Normal Map problem

Hello All!
This is my first post on this site. I've come here many times to find info and always found something that basically fixed my problem. Right now I'm having a bit of trouble making a normal map using the transfer maps options. I've attached some jpges to show what is happening after I hit bake. The coloum dosn't really seem to get the same texture as the source mesh. I'm not sure why. I've watched a few videos on how to mkae a normal map and this still happens. Ideas?

The generated normal map is junk. You need to play around with the transfer settings a bit more.
