Damn - this thing is huge

Hi All,

I got the 27QHD yesterday and its bloody huge user added image Need to get used to it though as its a completely different experience in Maya. May need to re-do one of Daves tutorials just to see what the modelling workflow would be like. Reall lovely screen though, colours are amazing

looking good user added image

I went with the 13 as I just don't have the desk space for the 27 wish i did. Go get Mari you can get the indie version for about 6 quid a month or the full perpetual licence for something like 100.

I've got a mari tutorial coming up in the next few days as well, but regardless GET MARI user added image https://store.steampowered.com/app/289550/

with the tablet it's fantastic!

wow, really looking forward to that then Dave, got any link to a intro video for the tutorials?

I don't really have the desk space either but wanted the resolution as my main monitor is 4k. If they offered the smaller ones with the same res i probably would have gone for one of those user added image

Cheers Myth

No intro as yet just finishing up the painting now, here is a WIP it's something a bit different from my usual stuff. I wanted to do a hand texture painting tutorial in Mari that covered a lot of ground.

Needs some tweaking but here is my WIP shot as of five minutes ago user added image
All the best
