This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.
You could try to show all connections for the mesh in the hypergraph and deleting the history items one by one, but many times that can have strange results.
When you were changing deformation order, did you use the middle mouse button?

yes i did but maya says that the blendshape is not deforming the object.
And if i detach the skin and move the blendshapesliders everything works just fine.
