That face is supposed to look surprised, but I think it just looks like crap. Maybe the fricking HOUR it took me to make it will show my apreciation. Anyway, GREAT WORK! I can't wait to see it finished.

Thank you alienscience for your great appreciation and that drawing you did. Now I must rig the creature, which might take a while because I suck at rigging, but Ill keep everyone updated.

alright im back, I had a good time skiing, except that I sprained my wrist after falling off of a grind rail..

anyway, heres an edited version of the blade, not much different, I fixed some UV problems and made the handle blinn instead of lambert, and added a specular map by just adding the texture to the specular roll out..

I am now going to go rig my water creature..
