This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

when i try to put the textue on my character, it make like a lot of little image on my character.(ijust try to color as fast as possible)

whats the image of? and did you use a uv map or not? if so which one.

firstly i selected all the face. then i went to edi polygone texture automatique mapping.after i went to windows- uvtexture editor(a menu opened and i went to polygone uv snapshot).after i colored with paint just for fun to see i it would work. after i sved as jpeg and i tied to open that file the way you said. i hope i am clear.

im not sure what youve done there, email me your model and ill have alook at it if you like, and tell you what you need to do to fix it. (dontforget to email the image)

Looks like it needs to be UV mapped. Got a tiny freebie movie about it on my site.

yeah, just check out his tutorial, that will show you how better than text will user added image
