Looks pretty good. But if I can crit, I think the nose is too small also the back of the head is out of proportion. Also, take a look in the mirror at how the back part of your jaw attaches to your head. It makes a nice smooth transition straight up into the head. the neck also looks to be a little too large.

very stylish head, I like it user added image

with reference to the back, check your muscles to this image and see what I mean, specifically the neck downwards with the triangle shape. It might help understand how the rear deltoids (shoulder muscles) sit
