This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with
complex objects.
i need to be really fast due to the fact that i can't spend many days in a project for a contest or a festival......time not payed......
in my country it's not so easy work on the game developers market.... only 3 industries really works on it....and there is not the right mentality about that market.
for a model like this or something else that u can see on my web site i usually respect this timeline:
day 1 - research material and sketch (pictures, video, draws.etcc)
day 2 - modelling
day 3 - uv and texture
day 4 - optimization
day 5 - rigging and animation
i think that the textures is good contrasted....the incorrect lighting is due to the rendering....not setted but done faster only to have the firsts views to see and to add on the forum....
i hope to do better render setting in the final step when i have rigged and animated and optimizated my hero.....
sure....for the final renders....i have to complete the textures....something in the skinning...and to set all the renders attributes....the shader...the light...etccc
...and of course...i'm thinking to post the "classical shot"....like on the poster of the game that i posted before....for the final render pose
i hope he will be better!!!!
thx
ps. but in the next days i need to work on another little project...so i hope to found the time to complete all.
