The model is Kick ass, the only thing that bugs me a little is the nose, it’s seems a little too small for the features of the face. Like fatter or a little longer, right now he’s got a Michael Jackson thing going on. user added image

I dig the ears and the nose,, it's just that it looks like he would have a hard time sounding tuff.. when he speaks, it would sound like some one with a small nose, like M.J.user added image

Hey Guys

Heres a minor update on the skin, lighter horns and more translucence on the skin.

For those who are interested about the texture and render, its a Blinn Shader with 4 mapped channels, Color, Translucence, Bump and Specular Roll off, with a blue color in the Specular Color Channel. Lights are 1 spotlight and a volume light with raytraced soft shadows (not depth map) and a standard Maya Software render, so basically no MR or SSS shader!!

Cheers

It's looking better and better! That's really convincing skin without true SSS, Jay. Well done. I'm still not convinced about the ears, but you've probably heard enough harping on it. Looks great, keep it up.

The Ears!! Someday, someday!! LOL

Thanks F.B glad you like it overall. I think once its in its real lit environment the ears wont even be an issue anymore, people hopefully will look at the bigger picture.

Thanks again dude
