This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
It's an ATI FireGL v5000. I read some reviews before I bought it. They mostly said good things about it and got some praises, but I regret it. I should have got maybe a Geforce or something. So far, the rendering doesn't seem to be any faster than my old card, but that's not really what it was meant for. It's purpose and power is in the modeling or wireframe or whatever you want to call it. But yeah with 7.0 it stopped crashing so I'm happy.
