Beer glass scene creation
This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

It's been five years since I began with Maya, and at least a year and a half to two years since I registered here! Time files, what? Congrats on five years!

I thought it was Kevin, because he had some of the oldest tuts. Did David ever make any tuts?

No. David's always been focused on running the site and the back-end programming, though he has on occasion, solved newbies' maya issues with the "Keep faces together" thing. After five years, you see the same questions alot. user added image

Kevin took care of the Maya aspect, the communication with forum members, and the early tuts as well as enlisting the help of some others. Mike was one of the first to publish several videos for the site in the early days.

That’s actually a good idea, they should make a sticky for solving FAQs!

No, I’m serious! Do you really want to keep saying “Press +/- to change the manipulator tool size”?

It's just that people don't bother to search the forum or actually use Maya's manual. The info's all there...newbs have a tendency to want to run before they can crawl.
