There will be times, dark times, where you'll have to split around an area that the edge loop split won't recognize others than a simple cylinder cap. Keep those tips for later, you're going to need them.Well great Mother of PEARL!! I appreciate all of these great solutions, but since I'm a new guy, I went with the simplest solution of just creating a tube, bailing on the cylinder altogether.
