I wish I had more time to spend with Bryce! Now that I have Maya Complete (not PLE) I really would like to do more exchange between the 2, like doing landscapes with Bryce and putting Maya stuff in them.
Keep posting your work on that image, I like it! And definately light the lamps!!!

only took about 2 minutes to render with bryce.. its very easy to optimize render setting and still getting good results.

Brce is often underjudged and is very powerful, you should give it more of a chance. It can do more than just scenery.

oooo just found this post, i can post some nice bryce stuff too. It IS really cool for anything FAR AWAY but yah up close *ahem* anyway i use it for backgrounds for maya images = )

made a week after i got maya (and had bryce for a while)

kinda embarrasing tho

Ah interesting.. but when i use bryce i made all object in bryce. Like the dock i made in the first image was all bryce.. ive made cars... boats, planes and lots of other things. I always make the objects up close too. Even add detail.

Yes this is how i used to work to Dragon, before i had maya. The sad part is when i got maya i needed XP. So i installed and realized that this computer had tons of CRAP on it so i reformatted and backed up everything EXCEPT my folder with ALL my art, pictures, documents and sh*! like that. Gives me a chance to build a whole new collection, but i can't show you the stuff i used to do = ( it was pretty cool

and yes you did an exelent jop on that with just bryce, although i'm VERY interested to see a Bryce Car! please show me!

p.s.would you like to start a new Thread with bryce stuff you and me do? I'm sure the other Brycers, will find it eventually and we'll have more stuff heehe. At least one person up there said they would like to see what it can do.
