Gotta agree with the Dreamweaver and Notepad routeuser added image

I usually slap my stuff together visually quick, then clean and tweak in Notepad and validate at the WC3 site or use the MX validation toolsetuser added image

Though, keep in mind that once you go down the route of learning html/asp/css, whatever, you will rely less, and less on visual apps, and find it easier, and in some cases faster to do it by hand...

Took me a LONG time, but I got there doing it that wayuser added image

Personal preference either-way I think.

Dreamweaver has step-by-step instructions on getting started. Like anything else, if you spend a little time reading the help docs or doing the enclosed tuts, you'll pick it up in no time.

What you mean b4 or after you have removed all the proprietary code?

The only i do is get rid of the meta tags FP puts in, and changing some Paragraphing to Divs, and centering. Every now and again things need the by hand touch, to fix them, but theres not more than maybe 5 extra lines. not a TON.
