Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Thank you Darkon!
About the movie thing, I'm sure after the modelling is complete I will animate it. And yes, I know that ain't counting.

Depending on the surfaces involved, it isn't exactly that simple. :p

But in his case it's just normal attaching....it doesn't look that complex to me....nevermind..if he has questions he can ask ;O))

I'm just writing to let you know I'm not dead. Yeah I have let my sub alone. I got stuck with nurbs problems and college semester started too.
Maybe it wasn't the easier way to start maya-modeling a sub. user added image I have much to learn in some other issues, like achieving a nice atmosphere in the renderings. In max, where I came from, I had already got some good results in that matter. And I sure love to mess with raytracers like povray or bmrt. The process of faking the real world with scanline renderers is kinda tricky.
Well, but expect more art from yours truly. Not sure if I will participate in any of the contests though, it depends on me liking the themes, getting some time and inspiration. Or maybe I model some other thing out of my mind and if looks fine, that case I may upload it for you to see. user added image Till then []
