First follow these steps over at my thread.

Ok, if you look at these two frames. first frame is # 18 and 2nd is frame # 19.

Here gear or cloths has a 3 color ramp, and your skin is a two color ramp.

Look below.

See the 2 colors on her skin.

sry forgot...i saw that cell shade clip...its very cool thats the colours/deep appeareance i want to have...then ill have a static camera not turning around a person to keep that comic anime style

oh my god i noticed that i rendered with maya software all the time lol....when i render with mr maya brakes down!!or it needs tons of hours lol....i think it brakes down always

And heres what I came up with on your model, playing around with the settings. By the way you didn't have a light in your scene? Adding a light makes a big diferents!

Ok, with vedic kings piccilo(?), your face seems to wide. And if you were to make it less wide, do not......smush it, so that the width is then converted to height. Sorry, lack of good explanation.

And to dragonhawk, I like it alot, but his face seems to long and very similar to a cylinder, the ref images looked more as if it was closer to a sphere.

But to both, I know you probably arent really looking for crits, great job. I love those toon shaders, madness, pure madness.
