Ooh big problem if you're using 4.5 UNLIMITED/COMPLETE. Constraints are just limit's. Remember to have clones of the MAYA folder when you get weird red errors near script editor.

Now i have a new question, do i have to animate the semovente's gun moving from side to side or for when it aims upwards to fire long range? or is that dealt with in the constraints? user added image

most likely constraints. If you try and animate it then assign a n animation locator to it then why you export from RES-EDITOR you most likely will crash it.
