This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i
Well it's my 3rd day as a member and still have little idea of what I can do with Maya but what the hey. I've just done a quick photoshop sketch of what my villan may look like...(but I can pretty much give you my word that it won't come close). Umm also....when is the contest over?

LOL quaoar.. hi man.. pretty nice sketch man..:p the challenge is over on the 8th of December.. you can find out all the info regarding it in these links: Challenge Topic & Challenge Rules..
a little update on the arm.. some early muscle definition.. still tons to do on the arm and all around.. lol
how is the arm and shoulder so far.. bigger muscles?
nice work roman. nice shape mate, it is really comming along dude! are you looking at body building images to get the definitions right as they look dam good
Hey Roman, I think biceps are a bit big..... whenever I look at body builders I am always amazed at how little the bicep is in relation to the rest of the arm...... even when flexed, it seems that when you look at the upper arm there is a definite space anywhere from .5 in to 1in space between the end of the bulge of the muscle and the flexing fore arm (in muscle bound brutes that is....)
ok ...i agree , it does look a little big, or just needs rounding of slightly so you can see a seperation from the shoulder more, but if this guy roman is doing is a super hero...and the underneth pic is just a body builder then
lol.. hehe thnx for the feedback guys.. i'll work on that next as soon as i get some free time.. i'll make the bicep abit smaller.. and tweak the armpart too..
