What type of shadow are you using, if depth map increase the resoloution, if ray trace increase the shadow rays...........dave

On the screen, light which is used is selected, shadows rays are increased, also tried to set it to 128 but still doesn't work. Btw, if Viewport 2.0 is set, problem is solved then.

Try increasing your Light Radius (I think that's the same as Light Angle??) to ~1-5 and your Shadow Rays to ~100 or something.

Are you actually rendering it out, or just looking at the viewport... you won't get beautiful shadows just looking at the regular viewport, you need to render it out.
