This will be tattooed to my older brothers back sometime next year. The shot was taken on my cell phone so its not the best, its actually on poster board. I upped the contrast so it would show better. C and C is welcome.

theres some very (VERY VERY) nice stuff here, some of the links go to work that is either inspirational or downright depressing in their perfection of form and character.

kurt has quiet an academic (if you can call an art degree that) record in design.., i noticed on his site.

i even noticed id visited here before?? best get to work and see what i can conjour.

as for the tatoo.., id be seriously checking the proportion and be making the linework more fluid before id place it on someones back for a lifetime!

one thing i have noticed a lot is people using value to great shadow rather than saturation, or movement through colour.., seems an inherent gotcha to watch for in photoshop.

Actually it's impressive how long this thread just keeps being updated user added image

So i guess i would contribute once again. The last upload showed my very first image with my Wacom tablet.
Since then i recently began (once again) to draw something. This time it aint doodles, but more serious. I am a beginner at drawing so these images shows some research. ( i guess it shows that i like anime user added image

)

Wow, theres some really sweet art work here.

I'm kinda reluctant to post mine.... But what the hell!

Heres a Ref/Concept i made for the Dalec Human.

For those of you who don't know who this is... well shame on you!!! But this isn't the actually Dalec Human featured in the DrWho Episode, but rather my take on what the battle armor of one would look like.

After creating the design, i went ahead and modeled and textured this design.... but this threads about the 2D art, and not the 3D user added image
