Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Bicycle Chain Problem

Okay, here's the problem.

I need to have a bicycle chain interact with either a cog, sprocket or chain wheel...whatever you want to call it.

The chain is built, the cog is built and the pedals work.

I would imagine that it would be done via a path, with the chain following said path. However, I would like the pedals to drive the chain, via dynamics...if possible.

Any suggestions or ideas. Are there any tutorials or case studies that anybody knows about?

Thanks in advance!

Keep Looking Up!
