keeping the camera aiming at a object

Hi

How can I constrain a camera to keep "looking" at a certain object? I want to move the camera, but not having to worry about it's roll.

Thanks.

if you create a "camera with aim" then you can parent the aim to the object you want to look at. Or you could do it with aim constraints which are just as easy.

Which version of maya do you have? I'll make you an example scene (and one for the other problem you posted too if you want)

If you don't need it for animation purposes, pressing "f" with the selected object will frame it with the camera.
