Move tool and vertices

When moving vertices, does it matter if vertices are moved with the arrows or the middle of the tool? Just wondering. I have a few programs that I utilize where this sort of thing impacts further in development and want to a void any problems later on.

Thanks in advance for response.

the arrows are more acurate because it constrains it to one axis, whereas the centre thing allows it tomove in all three which in a 3d view is not always accurate. However in an orthographic view it's constrained to two so it's fine. It wont impact later development though either way.
