Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

pretty cool. Looks like you've got a pretty firm understanding of movement, gestures, and attitude. Excellent start.

The SWFs are kind of chunky to look at though.

for an MOV I think you would have to have your own host then link to it in the body of post since MOV is not a supported attachment type.
