This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

That looks like its coming along really well. Cows have very strange bone structure.....you seem to have got it really well user added image

Does it need more mass when you look at it front on? The reason I say this, is I fly fish a lot, so I get to see many cows and bulls, and they look wider front on . . unless its a baby user added image

Jango: thanks.. hehe, human heads are way harder I think... I did one from scratch for 30 mins, and it came out like crap, but hopefully the next one will be a tad better user added image

cows

I don't know if you've seen many cows from Florida then, they are all that skinny. They look like deer, hahaha.. I was originally from the west so I was used to fat cows, then I moved to FL.

But anyway... yeah I say make it a little thicker as well, but otherwise great job

Man I don't know what part of Florida you're from, but I never thought they would be all that different to the ones here in Australia and UK. I did a quick search on google and here is a Florida Cow:
