Looks like a good job on the model, although the rotor blades are probably too bent. Not too crazy about the texture though. Looks like photoshop rendered clouds. I'm not sure what you're going for, but for camouflage the patterns are usually more visibly defined. If it's intended to look worn, then you need to be more selective about where the wear is painted in. No plane captain (the person responsible for maintaining and preflighting the aircraft) in their right mind would allow a bird to get that dirtied up. Move in to the animation, that's a great tut also.
