Double Arm????

Hello everybody!!!! I'm having a big trouble with animation.

When I animate one of my characters, I face something that looks like a double arm. Example: When I move a leg, another one appears there. It's not a duplicated character, because when I delete the extras, I delete the main char too!! Can someone help????

Anyone here plays Tibia?

Hmmm... Maybe you set up a soft skin and need to turn it off while you animate the original hard object.
