here is the one I will model , his name is red arimaa , he is the charactor from capcom's nes, snes ,megadrive game,GHOST AND GOBLINS or makaimura in japanese, I still remember him til today because he 's very tough and hard to kill , when I was a child I hate him so I feel good if I meet him again and make him alive in 3d model

not at all, there's no rules saying you can't and it might be good to see how one character is redesigned by two different people.
Its up to you user added image

Great sketch! I remember this character a lot, when I was a child I saw him many times in arcades. I can't wait to see your version of him. It's a famous char, doesn't he? And popular too, since he appears in newer games, such as Snk vs Capcom. Welcome and good luck in your challenge entry!

wow, man wow.. What a fantastic line drawing youve got yourself here. You'd make a great concept artist. Even though you want to model him in a final pose, its easier to draw and model in a standing "T" pose. Only because that was you can see everything there is to see on the whole body of the character. Especially around the crotch area and the under arms and hands. You're on a great start. Keep it up. If you do decide to model the character in that pose, keep in mind the difficulties of UV-ing the character.

You shoulda just goudged his friggin eyeballs out. That woulda been funny!
