create tree but look at camera

HI all.
I need to create a simple plane with a tree with alpha map applied, but I want it to face the camera at all times but not flip if camera looks from above.

Here's one way:

- Create a locator and point constrain it with your camera.
- Break the connection between the constraint node and the locator's translateY.
- Move the locator in Y axis to the ground level (0).
- Aim constrain your plane to the locator.
