How do I get a in program screen shot to show problems and stuff?

On a PC press PrtSc and then open PS and create a new doc and paste.

Print Screen is always accessible, as it's built-in, ... by the way, I prefer advising you these 2 tools.

SNAG IT : capture (screen, window, active window, region, fixed region to any type of output: file, mail, clipboard, print)
CAMTASIA : capture too, but the movie way. Ideal to create presentation and tuts.
