Please HELP! Batch Render "cannot find port error"

Hi everybody...in serious need of some quick help here...XD

I'm trying to Batch Render and an error comes up that says "cannot find port", and I saw what someone else did when they disconnected to a network and then it was fine, but I'm not connected to a network or anything and I even disabled my wireless card just in case, disabled all the firewalls and everything and it still doesn't work. And...homework is kinda due.

Thanks a bunch!
