Looks ok, but its a bit hard to see the details, think you should texture it a bit more so that you can tell the sepperate parts a bit better.

Good start - not sure about the transition from the handle to the sword, though - maybe you could add some sort of hilt. Also the rock just doesn't look very good - I think it needs to be more angular and varied.

Looks like you might cause more damage to yourself if you used it in anger, unless your adding a second handle on it

You know, the modeling of the object looks ok, you need to work/practice with materials, lights, rendering, etc, to make the scene stand out. Modeling the object is just one of the many areas you'll need to master to get decent results. Read a lot and keep practicing.
