This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.
Hi Can anyone help?
I am trying to model the planet earth for an animation project.
I havecreated the earth as a nurbs sphere.
Textured with the land and sea.
I have created a new nurbs sphere which is slightly bigger than the earth.
I have created a clouds texture and applied it to the new sphere.
when rendered it should appear transparent so that you can see the earth and sea etc.
Can some put me in the right direction as this is driving me mad.I have attached 2 files one is a view port view and 1 is a rendered view.
I have also attached the file so if some 1 could open it up check it and render it and advise me where im going wrong i'll buy them a beer.
