Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 1
This course will look at the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. We'll look at what makes a good model in Maya and why objects are modeled in the way they are.

hey jk3 mapper help

hey is there anyway i can export a statue or anything i make in maya to a .md3 (quake 3 arean) file. there a plug-in or somthing? and body got anything to say? thanks.

the only thing i've seen on this subject...is exporting to max...then exporting from max to another file type (using plugin) then use a program that handles that file type and export again to the .md3 file...real pain...i'm sure there's an easier way, but i haven't found it
