hey. curves and cars ques

hey guys,
when i model tried to started to model a car today to get the birail tool to work i had to snap the curve ends to the grid,
how can i snap to seperate curve ends together ? when i tried to snap the curve i selected's end point to an unselected other curve it didnt snap ?

snap to curve works a little differently than snap to point or grid. Select the CV on the end of your curve you want to snap, hold C for snap to curve, and middle mouse click and drag on the curve you want to snap it to.
