After learning some good ol Z basics Ive churned this out

I did this just over a week ago in Z brush from a good lo res base mesh I did in Maya, I'll be using it to create a few more weird and wonderful dudes for my personal project.

Cheers Kurt

It wil add that extra bit of magic to the tutes Im sure, and your own personal work too.

gster: Yeah, dont run before you can walk, I have a guy at work who does that sometimes, I have to reign him in and spoil his fun. Its worth doing properly though, other wise you can trip up later.

Cheers

looks cool, I saw some of the new features in zbrush where they did this armor by cutting a piece of the character off and adding depth. It was amazing. I tried zbrush a little at school and mannnn the interface is wierd especially coming from maya.

I was thinking, you should take some of your old models and adding zbrush stuff to it too. I'd love to see how they all look with the zbrush touch. user added image

dude stop!!!

i thinks it looked much better without all the veins and the skinny cheeks
but i like the more pronounced frowns (between eye brows)
i seee it a lt on zbcentral some ppl get carried away

fair enough if ur following a tut but me personaly i like it before
still good work

i do that too (bring in base from maya) as its quite hard to build from scratch in zb

im in the progress of learnin zb myself an i can see that this hs taken some effort
well done

Now at SMU doing BSc 3D Computer Animation so its hard to get on here
