very happy to be a maya " expert" ^^

actually , i am not yet....

6 months ago, i even didn't know how the maya interface looked like...but , now after 6 months maya training course ( still have 4 months left ), i can do a real maya thing and prepare pre-cg elements for my own sci-fi HD film ....^^

also, when i was a beginner for maya , i learned some basic things from simplymaya for free tutorials...it's very clear and useful for especially beginner....thanks so much for all u guys did....

ok, hope u guys don't mind i post my recent work, which is a realistic modeling for my future film. i didn't finish it yet ....

Nice form and volumes, the construction is relatively clean. However this mesh sems far too crouded. You have geometry where there wont be much deformation. Most of the geometry in this screenshot is too much even for your render bind.

Since this project isn't finished yet maybe someone could push it into the WIP forum.
The picture itself looks nice. Could you also post a non-wired (maybe rendered) picture ?

sure, i will post some new screen snap shots soon...

actually, i though about the mesh issues, but some of my friends told me for realistic modeling it 's ok ...actually it really depends on what do u want ur modeling for?
for game , it's too much , but for film in my case i will use this modeling to do some actions instead of actor, so i should make this modeling exactly looks like the actor, also i have some close shot to her face in my film ...because i didn't do uv texture thing, so i left half modeling and don't worry it will be solved after uv texture and merge them together...
^^
