3December

Anyone going tommorrow? I didn't realise it was Seminars in the morning (didn't go cos you gotta pay £60 each), members in the afternoon (only a member of Simply Maya) and everyone else in the evening (sounds like me).

I don't know if I qualify for the members bit, sounds a bit too intimidating so I'll pop along about 4.30...

See ya there!

Perhaps you could organise a Simply Maya Meeting Event! That would be interesting... be able to put a face to a name... or is it name to a face... or Mug to a Bug...

Can I ask a big favour to anyone who is going to the 3December, please could you get us a copy of Maya PLE version 4.5 for the Mac, Alias|wavefront should be handing them out. I promise to pay the cost of postage. This will allow me to use all the tutorials from books and elsewhere as you can use files from the commercial version of Maya. If you can help me let us know

Thanks

Ian

Man. I was JUST IN NEW YORK! And then I left because I had to go back to school! Arg! *reads the 3december site* Well, it doesn't matter. I couldn't get in if I wanted to because they have an age restriction of 21 years or older. I'm only 17 unfortuanatly. Crap.
