how do i get my tranformers arrows a bit bigger?

sometimes when i am using to create my cities environment i get so frustrated because i can't see the arrows of my move, scale and rotate due the size of the scene , So i wonder can we increase the size of the transformers?

Many thanks GUYS !

PS: I don't think there's any girls doing computer modeling in here, is there ?
