Pyramid Head (silent hill)

Hi everybody,

In this project I want to make 'pyramid head' from silent hill.
It's one of my favourite characters. A few days ago I saw the silent hill movie and the pyramid head looked really cool that inspired me to model him user added image

Here's the start on him:

it looks cool - but why are you modelling him in a pose - at the moment it's looking kind of awkward and unnatural - i might model him in the T pose and then decide how I want him to stand.

It's just a bump map. The whole skin texture is self-drawn. Then I took the color map, made it black/white and played around with the settings (in photoshop).
