In Maya 2008, whenever I add a transparency map and render it in Maya Software it renders normally, but when I render in Mental Ray, the transparency map has no effect. has anyone encountered this? Is there a setting I have to change for this to work or something?
Yes I am facing the same problem also when you do a batch render in Maya 2008 with Mental Ray it crashes after rendering one frame. Are you listening Autodesk prgrammers and Mental Ray programmers, Please fix the bug.....
