Rendering WITH MESH?

HI i was just wondering if there is a way to render an object, and have it show the mesh, I have see many pieces in peoples portfolios that have the mesh on the object???

I would really like to know how to do this for exactly that reason, being able to have the piece both with and with out the mesh for my portfolio. thanks a bunchuser added image

I know they are a couple ways to do that in Maya. For the exception of the first link which I knew you can do but didn't even think about for your solution, I have never tried any other methods in maya.

I don't want to sound rude but have you checked with a good ol' google search? while I have used the example from the first link before - not through that tutorial - but I mean google search and about a minute of my time found both of those solutions.

Next time take a gander on the google and see what you can come up with, once you've exhausted your resources come to us!
