* Command-Shift-3: Take a screenshot of the screen, and save it as a file on the desktop

In Leopard, the following keys can be held down while selecting an area (via Command-Shift-4 or Command-Control-Shift-4):

* Space, to lock the size of the selected region and instead move it when the mouse moves
* Shift, to resize only one edge of the selected region
* Option, to resize the selected region with its center as the anchor point

Your going to have to paint the weights on the clothing in the areas that you have problems with.

Or you can use the smooth skin weights to to mod them back (that is on 2008)

yes verticies.

You just changet he number for the vert so it "fits in with the mesh"

Or if your in 08, select the offending verts and use the smooth weights option. You might need to do a little manual editin but it gets it pretty close.
