Something annoying I've noticed is that these buttons can only add formatted text to the end of the post.
It's pretty annoying to edit the post with them as you need to cut and paste into the correct location after every time you use them, and it doesn't matter where the cursor is.

Same problem for smilies BTW

One more thing is that the shortcuts don't work (hover on the B/U/I buttons has alt+b/u/i in brackets)

It would be nice if I could mark a text and apply formatting to it with a click of a button...

Someone knows what can be done about it?
